I gotta ask, Matt...

...what is your back-up plan for when that doesn't happen? Because it's not going to happen. I mean no offense -- I'm asking seriously.

I can't figure out what the exit strategy is for folks like you who are taking a conservative approach, and especially an approach that requires others to do what you want them to do -- always a difficult proposition. I ask because we as a country -- or at least at the state level -- are going to have to come to a consensus on this one way or the other.

So, what does exit from COVID look like from your point of view? And by "exit from COVID", I mean returning to a completely normal pre-COVID way of life -- no masks, no distancing, no shutdowns, no mandates, etc. What realistic scenario allows you to, say, start attending U.Va. games like you used to free of concern?
